Biosketch

Carol Towle is the Coordinator of Student Success for the Manning School of Business undergraduate program. She joined the Office of the Dean in 2012.

She collaborates with her team to oversee the Manning School of Business academic advising, recruitment, retention, and student success efforts. Her role includes coordinating with other departments within UMass Lowell to offer students a positive and rewarding experience. Her primary advisees are those at the freshmen and sophomore level.

She is also involved in initiatives relating to student outreach, orientations for new and transfer students, family orientations, welcome events, and assisting students in overcoming obstacles to success by connecting them with on-campus resources such as the Centers for Learning and Disabilities Services.

Prior to this position, her experience had been in human resources. She also worked for numerous years with students at all levels including international and those with disabilities.
