The Graduate Student Association

The Graduate Student Association (GSA) is dedicated to enhancing the social, academic and professional development of graduate students at UMass Lowell. Our goal is to reach out to the entire graduate student body through programs and support to create a forum for students and promote a positive environment for personal, professional and academic achievement. We encourage all graduate students to attend meetings, participate in discussions and bring forth issues, but note that only senators from the GSOs may vote.

Club Registration forms are due by 5 p.m. on September 24, 2018 to the GSA Adviser's Office in Cumnock Hall Suite 109.

Fill it out and submit to be eligible for GSA Activities Funding.

PDA Committee Deadlines for 2018 - 2019.

  • UPDATE: 3/5/2019, We have had over 60 applications submitted and have awarded 28 of them. At this point all PDA funds have been awarded for the Spring 2019 semester. 

Note: the new Online Travel Registration process must be completed BEFORE you travel.

GRGA Application Deadlines

  • Fall 2018 Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018.
  • Spring 2019 applications are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019.
