Mary Kramer specializes in British literature up to 1642, with an emphasis on Shakespeare and Chaucer.  In recent years, she has turned her writing efforts toward popular outlets and journalism.  She has published hundreds of pieces, and she has also delivered scores of lectures on a very wide range of literary and popular topics at local and regional libraries.
