Our changing climate presents one of the most important challenges of the 21st century. Science helps us understand how the atmosphere has changed over time and how the future climate might impact our lives. Now, it’s your chance to teach others about the science of climate change through art. For this competition, we want students and teachers to choose one of the following questions to address with their artwork:
- What is your community doing to prepare for the impacts of climate change?
- What evidence for global warming is most important to you?
- Create a climate change character. How does your character fight a changing climate?
The top six entries will be displayed on the Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) buses.
The 2015-2016 Cool Science EXTENDED DEADLINE is Fri., Dec. 4, 2015.
