Steven O’Riordan serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Financial Services for UMass Lowell.
He is responsible for the management of campus budget and financial controls; internal and external reporting requirements; and compliance with all university policies and state and federal laws and regulations, including tax codes and audits.
He has primary responsibility for the Offices of Budget & Financial Planning, Controller, Student Financial Services, and all Strategic Procurement and Accounts Payable functions.
Prior to his appointment, O’Riordan served the UMass President’s Office for 14 years in positions including the Associate Vice President for Management and Fiscal Affairs and University Budget Director.
Steve earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
