Biosketch

With experience in both program and project strategy and development, my specializations are in assessment and evaluation, research tools and methodology, logical framework development, strategic planning, program implementation, community assessment, quantitative / qualitative / mixed methods analysis, and data reporting. Currently, I consult full-time for local, state, national and international projects and I am an adjunct faculty member.
