Graduate Program Coordinator
The Office of Student & Family Support Services supports student success by overseeing Parent & Family Engagement and the UML Strive basic needs program.
Through Parent & Family Engagement, the office connects families and supporters with university resources through the Family Portal, social media, and programs such as Family Weekend, admissions events, and virtual engagement opportunities.
UML Strive provides support to students experiencing food, housing, and other basic needs challenges, with the Strive Pantry serving as the university's primary on-campus food resource.
The Graduate Intern plays an active role in both functional areas by assisting with daily office operations, communications, event planning, and student support initiatives.

Strive Program Assistant
The Strive Program Assistant is an essential member of the UML Strive team, providing welcoming, confidential and respectful experience for students accessing the Strive Pantry and other basic needs resources.
Program Assistants work directly with pantry guests, distribute food and essential items, share information about additional campus and community resources and help create a supportive environment for all visitors.
Program Assistants help maintain daily pantry operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves, receiving donations, monitoring product quality, and keeping the pantry clean and organized. They also serve as ambassadors for UML Strive by supporting outreach efforts, staffing information tables and assisting with campus events that raise awareness of the program's services and resources.
