Leadership Council
The Leadership Council is a group of students that have been trained on running workshops, facilitating discussions and supporting the development of our student clubs and organizations. Workshops can be requested at any time during the year and can be geared specifically to your club's needs.
Please complete the request form at least 2 weeks prior to your intended workshop date!

Workshops
Are you struggling with getting people to your meeting? Do you notice people not sticking to your club? If so, this workshop is for you! At this workshop we will provide different tools to recruit new members and to keep them coming back.

Building Morale and Group Dynamics
Is your group struggling to work together? Request this workshop to learn methods and activities for building club morale. We will help you brainstorm ways to improve your current club dynamic.

Leadership Transitions
Each year or semester student club and organizations transition new leaders into executive board positions. At this workshop we will present material on how to have a successful and effective transition and provide resources for the leadership members to use. We are also available to come to your actual transition meeting to provide additional support!

- Suggested Time for Transition Meeting: 45 minutes-1 hour
Programming
Learn some tips and best practices on how to plan the most fun and unique events! At this workshop participants will use their creativity to come up with new program ideas. We will also provide information on how to effectively use your club members for programs!
