UMass Lowell (UML) is invested in making the student learning experience as strong as it can be. Our goal is to make gathering feedback from students secure and as seamless as possible, and to produce timely, useful results for faculty to use.
Using Course Evaluations is fast, easy, and secure—faculty can invite students to complete surveys on their devices during a class period or on their own, and feedback is always confidential; student identities are completely protected. Faculty will never be able to connect individual students or their identifying information to feedback or comments.

- 8 week survey: March 6 - 15, 2026
- 10 week survey: March 22 - April 5, 2026
- 15 week in person survey: April 13 - May 9, 2026
- 15 week online survey: April 22 - May 9, 2026
- 8 week II survey: April 30 - May 9, 2026
Faculty Portal (for promoted faculty):
Per the contract, Massachusetts Society of Professors (MSP) faculty who are promoted and / or tenured may select one course per semester for student feedback. Visit our SFI portal during the advertised dates to make your selection.
The faculty portal will be open for your Spring 2026 selections from February 3 - February 17.
