Biosketch
Yun Ling Li is a post-doc research associate in Center for Women and Work at University of Massachusetts Lowell. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from Virginia Tech.
Her research interests include women's and gender studies, work, and immigration. Specifically, she focuses on professional women's experiences in a variety of occupations. In her previous study, she investigated Chinese and Taiwanese immigrant women faculty's workplace experiences and work and family balance issues in U.S. research intensive universities. As a post-doc research associate in Center for Women and Work, she currently works on microaggressions STEM women faculty have been experiencing on a daily basis.
