Biosketch

Elana Feldman, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Manning School of Business (MSB). Her research focuses on how the temporal and relational elements of organizations shape people’s experiences, work, and personal development. Feldman teaches organizational behavior at the undergraduate level at the MSB. She taught previously at Boston University and the Cape Cod Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Boston University and a B.A. in Anthropology/Biology from Brown University. Prior to her academic career, Feldman worked as a consultant and market analyst in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry as well as in the areas of talent management and leadership.
