Sarah Eagen, a junior majoring in Civil Engineering, was awarded the Jacquelyn R. Smith Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship by the WTS-Boston Chapter, which is an organization that encourages women to pursue careers in transportation-related fields.
This is a competitive scholarship open to women undergraduate students enrolled in civil engineering, planning, management or other transportation-related fields. An application has also been submitted for consideration at the national level for the WTS Sharon D. Banks Memorial Scholarship.
