RAMP Awarded National Recognition for Inspiring Programs in STEM

UMass Lowell's Research, Academics, and Mentoring Pathways (RAMP) Program has been recognized today with the 2023 Inspiring Programs in STEM Award by INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the esteemed and longstanding publication focused on diversity and inclusion in higher education. This prestigious accolade celebrates educational institutions that actively support and guide students from underrepresented backgrounds in their pursuit of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.

UMass Lowell will be prominently featured among 79 other honorees in the forthcoming September 2023 edition of INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, dedicated to highlighting Inspiring Programs in STEM. The selection of award recipients by INSIGHT Into Diversity was based on an application process, detailing their dedication to motivating and empowering the next generation to explore STEM careers through effective mentoring, teaching, research, and impactful programs and initiatives.
