Fanfei Meng, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Biomedical and Nutritional Sciences, will speak on Development of Nanomedicine for Cancer and Sepsis Treatment on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 3:30 p.m. in Coburn Hall Room #G30.
The research in the Meng lab focuses on gene therapy and immune therapy. Specifically, his lab is designing nanomedicine and new drug delivery systems to deliver biomacromolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids that modulate immune functions to fight cancer, autoimmune, and infectious/inflammatory diseases.
