The new Office of Community Engagement invites UMass Lowell faculty, staff and students to help shape the future of community-campus partnerships at UMass Lowell.

In early October, we will host three interactive working sessions with members of the UMass Lowell and Greater Lowell communities to help develop a Community Engagement Roadmap. Together, we'll build on the many strong partnerships and community-engaged efforts already underway and identify opportunities to better connect, support and strengthen this work.

Participants will share their experiences and ideas and help shape a shared vision and priorities for the future. This work is part of UMass Lowell's participation in Campus Compact's Campus Action Planning for Civic & Community Engagement (CAP) Innovation Cohort.

  • Monday, Oct. 5, 10 – 11:30 a.m., Coburn Hall 255, South Campus
  • Wednesday, Oct. 7, 10 – 11:30 a.m., Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell
  • Thursday, Oct. 8, noon – 1:30 p.m., Alumni Hall, North Campus
