Dietary Saturated Fats, Dairy Intake and Brain Health among Hispanic/Latino Adults

This presentation will explore the relationship between saturated fat consumption, dairy intake, cognitive function and depressive symptoms among Hispanic/Latino adults. Anne will share findings from research investigating nutrition as a modifiable factor for brain health, with a focus on prospective changes in cognition and mental well-being.
