Join the Society of Women Engineers and Shah Academy for an evening with Chancellor Julie Chen — a fireside chat exploring her journey from her early days as a mechanical engineer at MIT to becoming UMass Lowell's chancellor. We'll discuss her career path, leadership lessons and perspective on women navigating STEM.

The event on Thursday, September 24, from 5 to 7 p.m., will begin with dinner and networking, followed by a conversation moderated by Lisa Brothers '84, retired CEO and president of Nitsch Engineering.

Open to all Society of Women Engineers and Francis College of Engineering students. Seats are limited. RSVP for the event.
