Please join me in congratulating Tom Miliano on his retirement as associate vice chancellor for Administrative Services and Strategic Properties, effective Aug. 14.
Tom has provided dedicated leadership and outstanding service to the university, helping to strengthen our campus operations and advance strategic initiatives that have benefited the entire UMass Lowell community. I am deeply grateful for his many contributions and wish him all the best as he transitions into a part-time role, in which he will continue to share his expertise and support the university.
I am also pleased to announce that Jon Victorine will assume leadership of the Division of Administrative Services and Strategic Properties. Jon brings a strong commitment to operational excellence, collaboration and customer service. Under his leadership, the division will continue its tradition of service excellence while supporting the university's strategic priorities and the needs of our campus community.
Please join me in thanking Tom for his years of dedicated service and in congratulating Jon on his new leadership role.
