Congratulations to Supriya Chakrabarti, Physics Professor and Director of the Lowell Center for Space Science and Technology, on his recent award! Supriya was honored during the Northeast Space and Innovation Summit (NESDIS) 2026 held at Mitre Bedford, Massachusetts on June 16, 2026. He received the 2026 Space Force Association (SFA) Boston Chapter's Best Educator Award, which covers all of New England. The SFA is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting superior U.S. space power, shaping the Space Force’s mission, and fostering leadership and education in the space domain. Well-deserved, Supriya!
