This past academic year, Student Employment partnered with approximately 20 supervisors to pilot UMass Lowell GROW®. Modelled after Iowa GROW®, this program gives supervisors a structured model for having brief conversations with student employees about connections between what they are learning in the classroom and what they are learning at work, and vice versa. GROW® conversations have been shown to have many positive impacts on students.

Join us for afternoon snacks and learn about the results from our end-of-year pilot survey:

All faculty and staff are welcome to attend whether or not you supervise student employees.

Please register by June 17 so we ensure we have enough snacks and beverages.
