May is Mental Health Awareness Month. A time to pause, reflect, and recommit to caring for our emotional well-being as individuals and as a community.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet it’s often overlooked or pushed aside in our busy lives. This month offers an opportunity to break the stigma, start meaningful conversations, and remind one another that it’s okay to ask for help. Whether it’s taking a moment to rest, reaching out to a friend, or accessing professional support, small steps can make a powerful difference.

ComPsych Guidance Resources offers a Mental Health Awareness Digital Toolkit that has information, videos, on demand training and graphs for Mental Health Awareness Month.

Let’s take this time to check in, with ourselves and with each other.
