Faculty and staff are invited to attend a campus town hall on May 21 with Chancellor Julie Chen and members of the Executive Cabinet. A separate Faculty Town Hall will be held in advance of that session to allow for discussion of issues of particular importance to faculty.

  • Faculty Town Hall, Tuesday, May 19 from 2-3:30 p.m., Moloney Hall at the Meehan Student Center (formerly University Crossing): This session will focus primarily on the Research Investments Funds (RIF) model, ahead of the broader campus town hall for faculty and staff. Faculty are encouraged to attend in person to participate fully in the discussion. For those who are unable to attend in person, the faculty session can also be viewed virtually.
  • Campus Town Hall for Faculty and Staff, Thursday, May 21, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Moloney Hall at the Meehan Student Center (formerly University Crossing): This session will include the latest university updates, and boxed lunches will be provided. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions in person and can also submit questions beforehand through an online form. Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend in person for the full program and lunch. For those unable to attend in person, the campus session can also be viewed virtually.
