The Rist Institute is hosting a session led by Sandy Grace, vice president of U.S. Policy and Regulatory Strategy at National Grid, and Melissa Lavinson, executive director of the Massachusetts Office of Energy Transformation, and examine emerging trends in energy regulation and policy at the state and federal levels, with a focus on how these developments are shaping the energy transition in Massachusetts and the broader New England region.
