It’s that time of year! The Annual Call process is open in order for you to identify and submit requests. For the first time this year, we will be running three Annual Calls under one timeline and intake process:
- Annual Call for projects (traditional call)
- Research Infrastructure Annual Call (NEW this year!)
- Equipment Call
Please review the procedures, guidelines and timelines on the Annual Call page on the Facilities website.
Please continue to plan ahead for the needs of your department and submit two years’ worth of project requests to the extent possible.
If you have a prior request that was not approved, and it is still a priority, you will need to resubmit it again with the appropriate current priority.
Deadlines:
- May 22: Recommended deadline for the campus community to enter requests
- June 12: Deadline for Deans and Associate Vice Chancellors to prioritize requests from their respective areas and submit
Christine Gramstorff will be reaching out to schedule Annual Call meetings so that you may discuss your upcoming requests with the Facilities Management Team. These meetings will take place in April and early-May.
