Join us April 14 to 16 for UMass Lowell’s ninth annual Days of Giving—your chance to help students design their futures. For the past eight years, the UML community has come together to make an impact, and last year we did so in record numbers! Let’s keep the momentum going and support student success for current and future River Hawks.
There are many opportunities to get involved:
Attend an event and/or make a donation.
This year, enjoy free coffee, food and T-shirts at one of our tabling locations across campus during Days of Giving (see schedule below). Additionally, you can donate to the college, academic program or student organization that means the most to you, or direct your gift to one of our featured impact areas:
- Career-Connected Experiences
- Books and Course Materials
- Finish Line Scholars Fund
- First-Generation Student Support
- Food and Housing Insecurity
- Student-Athletes
Although Days of Giving doesn’t begin until April 14, donations to Days of Giving can be made now through April 16.
Unlock challenge funds just by participating.
Thanks to the JJW Family Foundation, $40,000 in challenge funds will be awarded to the areas of campus with the highest number of donors. Every donation—no matter the size—can help unlock even more support for our students.
Be an advocate.
Help by spreading the word as a Days of Giving advocate. Take advantage of our social media tool kit for sample posts that you can easily personalize. Then, share updates on social media using www.uml.edu/umlgives and #umlgives.
We appreciate all the ways our community gives back and are grateful to those helping to shape what’s next for UMass Lowell. Every action makes a difference—and every step helps us in designing the future for our students and our university.
