Lowell WinterFest is a vibrant downtown festival featuring live music, food trucks, ice sculptures, art installations, and interactive activities throughout the city. It’s a great opportunity to explore Lowell, try new foods, and experience a fun community celebration. The Office of Multicultural Affairs invites international students to join as a group.
