How are you using generative AI in your academic work?
You’re invited to take part in a university research study exploring how doctoral students use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Grammarly — including how much they trust AI outputs and how they decide what information to verify.
Participation involves completing a 20–30 minute online survey, and your perspectives will help inform future guidance for graduate education and responsible AI use. After completing the survey, you may optionally indicate interest in a follow-up interview.
Eligibility
You may participate if you are:
- A currently enrolled doctoral student
- At least 18 years of age
- Familiar with or have experience using generative AI tools
- Able to complete the survey in English
Compensation
- Survey participants may choose to enter a raffle for one $30 electronic gift card
- Participants who complete an optional interview will receive a $30 electronic gift card
Participation is completely voluntary and will not affect your academic standing or relationship with the university.
If you are interested, please review the consent information and access the survey.
