Publish Open Access in Cambridge and Oxford University Press Journals

Effective January 2026, researchers affiliated with UML can now publish open access in gold or hybrid open access journals published by Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press without paying Article Processing Charges (APCs).

This benefit is part of two new subscriptions for the full library of journals published by Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press, adding 951 journal titles to the Library’s collection.

These agreements join several others already in place with the following journal publishers: 

• American Chemical Society, 
• American Society for Microbiology, 
• Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), 
• Company of Biologists, 
• Institute of Physics (IOP), and
• Wiley.
