We are preparing to launch the 2026 Campus Community Survey on Monday, Feb. 9. This survey invites all campus community members to share their experiences so that we can better understand what is working well and where we need to improve.
We first conducted this survey in fall 2022. Feedback from that cycle helped us better understand student and employee experiences as well as informed planning to strengthen programs, services and campus resources.
As before, an independent external organization, Regina Villa and Associates, will administer the survey and manage all responses. You will receive your invitation through SurveyMonkey. The survey is completely anonymous, and only aggregate results will be reported.
Your voice is valuable. Your SurveyMonkey invitation will be sent to your UML email address on Monday, Feb. 9, and will include your personal survey link. Please take a few minutes to complete it and encourage colleagues and students to participate as well. Honest feedback is critical in shaping the future of UMass Lowell.
