Faculty, staff and students are invited to join Allison Gerrard, a Moral Courage Mentor, for an engaging communication workshop that explores the idea, framework, and science of Moral Courage, along with the Moral Courage Method, which is a powerful approach to communicating across differences with empathy and respect. 

You will leave this workshop with a practical tool that reinforces the skills you've learned.

Through reflection and discussion, participants will draw from their own experiences to better understand how to turn tension and disagreement into opportunities for growth.

Hosted by the Honors College, this workshop is open to all members of the UMass Lowell community.
