Electronic Personnel Action Form (ePAF) Initiator Training
November 6, 2025, 10-11 a.m.
This training session is intended for Department administrators who are responsible for initiating ePAF forms in HR Direct. This training session will cover how initiate an ePAF to hire/rehire an employee, edit an active employee’s job details, and terminate non-benefited employees.
ComPsych - Helping Your Senior Loved One be Independent and Safe
November 6, 2025, 1-2 p.m.
When our parents or other elderly relatives age independently in their own homes, we often fear for their safety and general well-being. Sometimes we don’t know how much assistance we should provide, when to step in, or even what would be helpful. Providing care for an older adult is a very personal matter and each situation is unique. However, there are practical guidelines and simple solutions to ensuring your loved one is healthy and safe. This workshop will address and resolve common safety issues in the home while supporting your loved one’s autonomy and independence.
Electronic Additional Compensation (eAddlComp) Training
November 13, 10-11 a.m.
This training session is intended for Department administrators who are responsible for initiating electronic additional compensation forms. This training session will cover how to initiate a form, edit pending forms, approve forms, and view forms.
Search Committee Training
November 13, 10-11 a.m.
In this training, participants will gain an understanding of the roles and operating principles of the Search Committee as well as understand how a strategic search process is conducted.
ComPsych - Making Connections at Work and In Life
November 19, 10-11 a.m.
Maybe you’re looking to create new friendships. Maybe you’re looking to deepen connections with colleagues. Maybe you’re looking for a mentor in someone you admire. All of these require a degree of intentionality and truly knowing what you are looking for. This training will give practical tips on how to deepen relationships you already have as well as ways to step out of your routine to meet new people who can bring you a satisfying connection.
