Human Resources (HR) is excited to announce a new tool for employees with questions about benefits, payroll, hiring, retirement or any other area handled by our department.

“AskHR” will simplify contacts with HR. No more wondering which email is the right one, or which HR staff member to call.

This secure, user-friendly system will centralize requests, making sure the right questions are directed to the right people from the beginning.

“AskHR” has many other benefits for UMass Lowell staff and faculty:

  • Employees can submit requests anytime.
  • You’ll be able to track your request, receive updates and follow up. There’ll be no more guessing about who handles what or where your question stands.
  • Response times should improve thanks to the efficiency of ensuring requests are placed with the right people, in the right areas, in the first place.

AskHR is scheduled to launch on Oct. 1. Look for an announcement in Today@UMass Lowell, as well as links on the HR website, to direct you.
