If you didn’t attend the original screening and panel/audience discussion of this film at UMass Lowell in April, here’s your chance to see and think about Lowell’s Little Canada as it existed in 1979. If you did attend the April event, here’s your chance to revisit and hear what new attendees might have to say about their own experience of a place that lives on in memory and controversy. The film features now-deceased Rita Paquin and members of her family, as well as Lowell historian Richard Santerre and other former Little Canada residents.
Free film screening will be followed by a roundtable discussion with question and answer period with special speakers.
