Starting in May, you’ll notice some changes to our Article Quick Search and other databases hosted on EBSCO. We’re excited to offer you an easier way to find the articles you need. If you use CINAHL, PsycInfo, ERIC, and a few other databases you will see this new look with those collections too.

Don’t worry! The filters you use to focus your search results are still there. Now you can find them under your search bar once you have your results. If you click on ‘All filters’ your options display on the right side of your screen.

The left side bar now includes your personal dashboard where you can see your projects, saved results, alerts, and more. This is also where you can find any articles you’ve bookmarked. Under Research Tools you can easily find Publication Finder so you can easily see the issues and articles available from journals, newspapers, and magazines in our collection. There are also helpful links to our Library website and resources in Library Links.

You get lots of new information in your search results that will help you find the right articles for your research. You can see all the access options in a drop-down menu that will let you know if there’s a PDF, if you need to use our Fulltext Finder, or if there are other ways to get the text. You can see if there are more articles like the one you’ve found.

Our favorite new feature makes it easier to get help from a librarian! Now you can chat with us right from your search results. Look out for our Chat icon at the bottom right of your window.
