Please register to attend the 2025-26 Provost’s Annual Promotion and Tenure Workshops.
- Provost’s Annual Promotion and Tenure Workshop for Tenure Track Faculty: April 4, 9–11 a.m., University Crossing Room 260. Please register by March 28.
- Provost’s Annual Promotion Workshop for Teaching and Clinical Faculty: May 8, 9 to 11 a.m., University Crossing Room 260. Please register by May 1.
Facilitated by campus leaders, these annual workshops provide best practices to prepare for promotion. A panel of faculty colleagues will also provide recommendations to assist candidates. This is a great opportunity to learn about the process and ask questions!
Faculty planning to apply for promotion and/or tenure in 2025, future candidates, department chairs and deans are invited to attend.

On our registration page, candidates can also sign up for our Electronic Materials Workshops, which are designed to introduce you to the process of formatting and presenting your electronic promotion and/or tenure materials. These workshops are designed primarily for faculty who are filing applications in 2025, but it’s never too early to start preparing!

- Electronic Materials Workshop for Teaching and Clinical Faculty: May 20, 9:30 to 11 a.m., via Zoom. Please register by May 13.
