The Greater Lowell Health Alliance is conducting the 2025 Greater Lowell Community Health Needs Assessment to figure out how the area can improve health outcomes. People who live, study or work in the greater Lowell area (Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, or Westford) can participate in the process by taking an online survey. This includes UMass Lowell students, faculty and staff. People who take the survey can also opt to enter a raffle to win a $50 gift card.
