Want to improve your relationships? Do you feel alone with your problems, or feel like you don’t fit in? Struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem? Students can access support and increase their understanding of these patterns in the context of a safe and confidential group environment. Students will have the opportunity to receive feedback and learn new ways of relating to others.

Groups offered this semester are:
- Women’s Therapy Group, Mondays 2:30 p.m.
- BIPOC Therapy Group, Tuesdays 2:30 p.m.
- Graduate Student Therapy Group, Wednesdays 10:30 a.m.
- General Therapy Group, Wednesdays 2:30 p.m.
- Men’s Therapy Group, Thursdays 2:30 p.m.
- LGBTQ+ Support Group, Fridays 2:30 p.m.
