The Facilities Service Center Team is excited to share that the new on-line service request form is available for use for all non-urgent service requests.

For all urgent matters that require immediate assistance, please call 978-934-2601 to speak with a team member from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, please leave a voicemail and it will be responded to the next business day, or you can choose to be forwarded to the UML Police Dispatch. They will be able to connect you with a team member for urgent items until 10 PM, Monday through Friday. They can also assist after hours and over the weekends with requests that need immediate assistance.

Email and online service requests are not checked after hours, please ensure to call for urgent requests such as water leaks, power outages, no heat, and issues with an elevator.
