The Jazz Rock Big Band, UMass Lowell’s premier large jazz ensemble, will be performing contemporary big band jazz on Thursday, April 11 at 8 p.m. in Durgin Concert Hall. Featured on the program will be music from the Stan Kenton band, Pat Metheny, and jazz arranging greats Sammy Nestico, Gordon Goodwin and Rob McConnell.
This concert is free and open to the public.
