The Urban Massachusetts Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (UMLSAMP) program, sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF), is currently accepting applications.
The UMLSAMP program aims to create a vibrant community of science enthusiasts by providing support and resources to underrepresented undergraduate students majoring in STEM fields. This program offers various services and opportunities for students to excel in their academic and professional endeavors through an intentional pathway of services.
Key details about the program:
- Eligibility: Undergraduate U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled in STEM disciplines at UMass Lowell
- Priority Deadline: March 22, 2024. Students, apply now. All applicants will be notified as to their application status
- Award: Selected eligible students will receive an award of $1,750.
