Do you ever want to ask a librarian a question, but never have the time to track one down? UMass Lowell University Library has come out with a new service that can help! Ask A Librarian now has a new live chat feature where you can chat directly with a UML librarian from anywhere on or off campus. You will be able to get help with your research needs with only a few clicks of a button!

As always, Ask A Librarian FAQs will be available at any time of the day or night for fast answers to the most commonly asked questions, so if you find yourself pondering a question late one night, this might be a great way to find the answer. You can also submit your own questions via a form or email for more personalized help within 24 hours.

The new chat service, Ask A Librarian Live, will be available all week long, so you will always be covered! A librarian will be available Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 - 8 p.m.

Just look for the “Questions? Ask Us!” red tab on the upper right side of every Library webpage, and start asking!
