Biography

Catherine M. Rymsha, EdD, is a leadership expert, author, lecturer, and TEDx speaker. With extensive experience in marketing/communications and academia, she teaches courses on leadership and has taught thousands of global leaders. Catherine holds a master's degree and a doctorate focused on organizational leadership, and her research centers around leadership development.
