Biosketch

George Jedras is the founder of Jedras Enterprises, a consulting firm, focused on creating value and efficiency in operations, presently working in the cloud computing space. He has over 40 years of business and technology experience working in government, academia, public, and private sectors from start-ups to global corporations. George holds a M.S. in Management Information Systems Boston University, M.B.A. in Accounting/International Business, and B.S./B.A. in Biology/History from Western Illinois University. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he taught International Business. Previously, George taught Marketing and International Marketing at Boston College. He has a passion for volunteerism, whether through athletics or civic activities, and sits on several non-profit Boards. An honorable discharge veteran of the United States Navy/Naval Reserve, he is still engaged in supporting active duty, veterans, and their families. George is a bilingual speaker of both Polish and English. To keep active, he enjoys participating in friendly, competitive tennis, soccer, and triathlons, as well as developing unique coaching techniques for both individual participants and sports teams.
