Applications for the Washington Center

Interested students should contact their campus advisor early to discuss the application process. Information about applying (deadlines, requirements, and more) is available at The Washington Center. Your campus advisor will work with you to ensure that your application materials best reflect your academic skills and accomplishments.

To qualify for security clearance areas, and for certain scholarships or highly competitive areas, it is recommended that you apply a year in advance of your actual anticipated start date. Fellowship awards are sometimes limited, and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students who are Massachusetts residents with GPA of 3.0 are eligible for $9,000 state scholarships. In addition, UMass Lowell's Financial Aid Office can explain when and if a particular student's financial award can be applied to TWC's cost. After all scholarships and available financial assistance, students can end up paying what they would be paying for a regular semester on campus.
