The observatory includes a 16' ash dome. It is capable of remote operation.
The telescope is a 14" Schmidt-Cassegrain. The mount is a Paramount.
The observatory has a variety of different capabilities, including visual observing, CCD imaging and photometry, and eventually spectroscopy.
