Biosketch
A graduate of Northeastern University, Ed Carter has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than forty years. He began his career in large public accounting firms in the audit and tax function, then went on to serve in various positions of accounting and finance management in the private sector. In 2009, he was appointed State Comptroller for the State of New Hampshire where he served four years. Edgar has maintained a side tax practice for more than ten years and now spends much of his time teaching accounting and taxation subjects in higher education.
