The UMass Lowell Cyber Security Operations Center (Cyber SOC) strengthens cybersecurity across Massachusetts while preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Located within the Lowell Innovation Network Corridor (LINC), the Cyber SOC provides cybersecurity services to municipalities, nonprofits and businesses, including small- and medium-sized companies in the defense industrial base.

Through partnerships with industry, government and academia, the center helps organizations protect against evolving cyber threats while providing students with paid, career-connected experiences.

Established through ongoing support from SAIC and with funding from the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative's MassCyberCenter and Center for Advanced Manufacturing, the Cyber SOC is managed by the nonprofit CyberTrust Massachusetts.
