Description
The course is designed to explore various innovative technologies in marketing, including artificial intelligence, robotics, voice commerce, extended reality, visual technologies, facial recognition technology, electronic shelf labels, and digital menus, among others. This class aims to achieve three main objectives: 1) showcasing diverse new technologies, 2) providing a theoretical understanding of these technologies, and 3) offering practical insights about their applications and developments in various business and consumer contexts and how to develop and promote new technologies as products.

Pre-Req: MKTG.2010 Marketing Principles.
