Description
This course will provide a critical analysis of our Criminal Justice system, focusing specifically on policies and practices that lead to errors and unjust outcomes. Students will also explore the factors that contribute to miscarriages of justice, and the impacts on victims, their families, and society. Socio-political and socio-economic factors that contribute to miscarriages of justice will be specifically adressed.
