Description

This course introduces the foundations of deep learning and its application to real-world and data-intensive problems at scale using existing frameworks such as PyTorch. Students will learn the mathematical and algorithmic foundations of deep learning and gain hands-on experience in building, training, and evaluating deep neural networks. The course guides students on application-level programming, tool-based implementation and use of deep learning in decision-making, prediction, and representation learning in real-world contexts.
